Our Team
Kai Jamali (Director)
Kai is managing director Pathway Advisors and working as an Assessor and Internal Verifier for Pathway Advisors and some other training companies in the UK. As an accomplished project manager with 19 years of experience, he has a proven track record in multidisciplinary projects, successfully delivering numerous Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects within the energy sector.

Saghar Nia (Assessor)
Saghar works as an Assessor for Pathway Advisors and other training companies in the UK. Starting her career as a joiner and interior designer, she later transitioned into procurement, where she has over 15 years of experience working on multidisciplinary Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects within the energy sector. Her expertise spans successful delivery of numerous projects in the oil and gas industry.
